Street sweepers will be cleaning Landis Avenue.
Starting this week, the Cape May County Road Department is sending a streetsweeper to clean the entire length of Landis Avenue, which is a county road.
“I respectfully ask all motorists to avoid parking on the portions of Landis Avenue that are scheduled to be cleaned on these days and times, because we don’t want the streetsweeper to miss any spots – and I thank everyone in advance for your assistance and patience during this important cleaning effort,” Mayor Leonard Desiderio said.
The streetsweeper is scheduled to be in Sea Isle over a four-day period, and the public is asked to avoid parking on the portions of Landis Avenue that are scheduled to be cleaned on the following days and locations between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m.:
- Tuesday and Wednesday, May 16 & 17, along the southbound side of Landis Avenue (the west side)
- Tuesday and Wednesday, May 23 & 24, along the northbound side of Landis Avenue (the east side)
