The Fall Family Festival features vendors lining the Promenade in a large outdoor pedestrian shopping mall.

Sea Isle City’s Division of Tourism will host the resort’s 30th annual Fall Family Festival Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14 and 15.

The popular two-day event will feature a variety of attractions, including a huge vendors market, a food court, live music, an antique auto show, free amusement rides and other family-friendly activities.

On Saturday, Sept. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the festival’s Seaside Market will take place along Sea Isle’s oceanfront Promenade, where hundreds of vendors will sell a variety of crafts and other merchandise, including toys, jewelry, home goods, artwork, gourmet food items and fashion apparel.

Also on Saturday, families will enjoy free amusement rides, face painters, a photo booth, an “Art Bar” for kids, and other activities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Excursion Park, JFK Boulevard and the Promenade.

Plus, music will be provided by Juicy from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, and the festival’s Food Court will be open along JFK Boulevard from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On Sunday, Sept. 15, the festival will continue with the 2019 Gerard A. Desiderio Antique Auto Show along the Promenade (north of JFK Boulevard) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The auto show will include scores of vintage sports cars, sedans, trucks and other classic vehicles.

Sisters Lauren, 8, Emma, 5, and Brie, 9, D’Angelo, of Newtown Square, Pa., test out their artistic skills at a table during Sea Isle’s Fall Family Festival in 2018.

Also on Sunday, festival-goers will enjoy live music by the Snake Brothers on the Promenade at JFK Boulevard between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, as well as free Guided Historical Trolley Tours, which begin at Excursion Park every half-hour from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The trolley tours will be led by volunteers from the Sea Isle City Historical Society, who will point out landmarks and explain how the town has grown over the years.

At 12 noon on Sunday, on the Promenade at JFK Boulevard, the Sea Isle City Environmental Commission will distribute its 2019 Beautification Awards to local property owners who have maintained or improved the appearance of their homes or businesses.

At 1 p.m. on Sunday, Mayor Leonard Desiderio will distribute trophies to the winners of the Antique Auto Show during a brief awards ceremony on the Promenade at JFK Boulevard. Afterward, the classic cars will parade through town – honking their vintage horns and delighting spectators between JFK Boulevard and Townsends Inlet on Pleasure and Landis Avenues.

Jitney service will be available on Saturday starting at 9 a.m. There will be free parking throughout Sea Isle on both Saturday and Sunday of Fall Family Festival.
