On Thursday, a local family lost everything in a fire that affected three duplexes in Sea Isle City.

This tragedy touches the members of both the Silva Group and Ferzoco Group real estate agents. As both groups are personal friends of the victims and nearby members of this tight-knit Jersey Shore community, this family’s loss is an event that is both literally and figuratively close to home for each group.

In an effort to support these members of the local community, both offices are joining together to collect necessary supplies, gifts and financial support for the victims of this tragic fire.

Much is needed to assist the family, and all donations are greatly appreciated. After losing everything in such an unimaginable tragedy, join this strong local community to help the family rebuild their lives.

Both real estate groups and their families offer heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the fire and send their prayers along with the sincere hope of recovery. During this season of giving and generosity, please join with these local businesses to extend much needed help and support for this local family.

Donations of basic daily home supplies are needed to aid in recovery efforts. Gift card donations along with physical donations of clothing (Men’s Sizes L, XL, XXL shirts and pants and shoe sizes 11 & 14 as well as Women’s Sizes M & L shirts, size 10/Medium pants and shoe sizes 6 & 10), kitchen supplies, and other practical home items are being collected at:
