Volunteers comb through the dunes in search of trash during Sea Isle City's spring beach cleanup in 2024.
Volunteers are needed for the Sea Isle City Environmental Commission’s annual Spring Beach Clean-up on Saturday, April 11.
During the event, volunteers will clear trash and wind-blown debris from Sea Isle’s beaches, dunes and parks from 10 a.m. to noon.
Volunteers will also be asked to document the items that are collected. The information will be compiled to help identify possible pollution trends.
Advanced registration is not needed. Volunteers are asked to simply check in on the morning of the cleanup at the registration table on JFK Boulevard and the Promenade.
Members of the Environmental Commission will distribute trash bags, gloves and supplies to volunteers.
