Parking Fees Start May 15 in Sea Isle City

Here’s everything you need to know about parking in Sea Isle City this summer.

Parking Fee Reminder:

Sea Isle City parking fees are required from May 15 through Labor Day Monday (which is September 1 this year).

Cash Payments Are Not Accepted for Parking Fees:

As local motorists are probably aware, several years ago Sea Isle City stopped accepting cash payments for parking fees, and there are no longer any free-standing meters or kiosks in Sea Isle. Instead, parking fees are paid via the ParkMobile App, which can be found in both Google and Apple App Stores. A service fee of 65 cents will be applied when paying for parking via ParkMobile.

Zones that require parking fees are clearly marked. You do not have to pay to park in spaces that do not have Green ParkMobile signs posted nearby.

Slight Change to the ParkMobile App:

This year, you no longer need to add your “parking space number” when using the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. Otherwise, the ParkMobile App is the same as last year.

What To Do If You Don’t Have a Smart Phone:

If you don’t have a smart phone or the ParkMobile App, you can pay for parking by phoning the ParkMobile Service Line (877-727-5304) when you park your vehicle, at which time you can pay using a credit card over the phone. A service fee will apply when paying for parking over the phone.

How to Get the ParkMobile App on Your Smartphone:

Go to the App Store on your phone and download the ParkMobile App, or:

• Open the camera on your smart phone and look for the green “Park Mobile” signs in an area where parking fees are required in Sea Isle City.
• Place the QR code on the sign fully in your camera’s view.
• If your camera does not automatically read the QR code, tap the screen on your phone.
• Tap the link that pops up at the top of your screen to go to Park Mobile.
• Click “Create an Account” or “Continue as Guest” (creating an account saves your info and makes the next time you park even easier).
• Click on the box that says “Zone #” and type the 5-digit zone number on the green ParkMobile sign in your parking area.
• Choose “Sea Isle City” after typing in the zone #.
• Add your license plate info in the “Your Vehicle” box, and then click “Continue”
• Add your credit card information.
• Click “Checkout” (once paid, “Session Started” will appear on your phone).

    Parking fees are in effect in Sea Isle from May 15 to Labor Day.
  

Fees and Timing at Various Parking Locations:

Sea Isle City Parking Fees are 25 cents for 15 minutes, up to the maximum time allowed (plus fees).

Parking fees for curbside parking spaces in zones with green ParkMobile signs (other than along 42nd Place) are required:

Monday to Saturday (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

Sunday (12 noon to 11 p.m.)

Parking fees in the municipal parking lots at 125 JFK Boulevard, 45th Street & Landis Avenue, and 40th Street & Central Avenue are required:

Monday to Saturday (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

Sunday (12 noon to 11 p.m.)

Parking fees for the Municipal Marina Parking District along 42nd Place & the Bay (including the parking lot from the Welcome Center to the pickleball courts, the off-street spaces adjacent to the Marina Boardwalk and all curbside spaces along 42nd Place are required:

Seven days a week (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

Parking lots that do not require a fee:

4th to 7th Street on Landis Avenue (adjacent to Sea Isle City’s Dog Park)

94th Street & Landis Avenue (Townsends Inlet Park)
