Jordan Geller just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
On April 9 at 9 a.m. the Ocean City resident not only saw a group of dolphins splashing in the ocean at the Fifth Street beach, but he also captured the spectacular display of nature on his drone.
βI was watching the 7th Street wave camera on my phone and I saw the dolphins swimming. So, I raced there with my DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone,β Geller, 40, a surfer, said in an interview Sunday.

Geller noted that he has seen more dolphins in the past two years than he remembers in previous years.
βIt was such a lucky shot. I was hovering directly above them,β he said of his drone video during the April 9 dolphin encounter.
And while he bought the drone to film local surfers, he definitely is excited to be able to use it to get images of dolphins and other marine life and nature.
