Families are invited to attend the 2022 Sara the Turtle Festival at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, at Excursion Park, JFK Boulevard and Pleasure Avenue (Rain Date: Wednesday, June 29).
The Sara the Turtle Festival will feature a hands-on Wildlife Display (with live animals), as well as Environmental Exhibits by the Wetlands Institutes, the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Sea Isle City’s Environmental Commission, the Beachcomber Guides, and Sea Isle Terrapin Rescue.
There will also be a “Diaper Derby” Baby Crawling Contest, face painters, a Bounce House and strolling entertainers.
At 8 p.m., “The Turtlesingers” will delight children with an entertaining and educational musical presentation that will include live turtles.
