AshleyKerrigan,14,of Warrington, PA, were fishing in the back bay of Sea Isle City on their family's boat (named"Pack-n-Play"), when they reeled-in "the biggest blue fish we ever caught." The 28-inch, 18-poundBlue Fish was brought on board using a small spinning reel with a 10-pound line.
