The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Sea Isle City in effect from 7 p.m. Wednesday to 12 p.m. Thursday.
Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected, according to the forecast.
Slippery roads and hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute, the Sea Isle Police Department said in a weather alert.
“Snow is forecast to move in from the west by late (Wednesday) evening, continuing through the Thursday morning commute, before shifting east of the area by the midday hours. Although snow rates will not be particularly high, temperatures are expected to be below freezing, so roads and sidewalks are expected to become snow-covered,” the alert stated.
