Last night’s Spring-like t’storms was a battle zone between the unseasonably warm air and more seasonable chilly air behind the front. While the coast has not enjoyed the 70s like the rest of New Jersey, temperatures were still above normal for February.

maxt1_phiSunday will feature plenty of sunshine but it will be windy. Unlike the last several days, where winds came off of the chilly ocean, drier Northwest winds will keep temperatures in the upper 40s but gusts to 30mph+ will make it feel like its in the 30s.

Wind gusts Sunday will gust 25-30mph+ behind the front with temperatures dropping into the 30s.

Once again the cold temperatures will not last, temperatures will rebound back to the 50s to possibly 60+ on Wednesday but it will be unsettled. A warm front will lift north on Tuesday bringing our first chance of showers this week.
