Atlantic City Electric will be replacing utility poles on Pleasure Avenue between 39th and 43rd Streets for the next few days, according to a traffic alert issued by the Sea Isle City Police Department.
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area.
In a separate project, road reconstruction and sidewalk improvements are being done on Pleasure Avenue between 53rd and 73rd streets.
Police are urging motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians to avoid the construction zones. Warning signs and detours are posted in the construction areas.
