There is now a link on the City’s municipal website (www.seaislecitynj.us) for the Stevens Institute Tide Prediction tool, which will help property owners determine approximate tide levels on their properties throughout the year. The Tide Prediction Tool (along with the info on your property’s elevation certificate) will be a very useful during storm preparations. The new links are located on the “FEMA Flood Information” tab on the website’s home page, and a direct link to that site is shown below. There’s also a link to FEMA’s “Flood Smart” shown site below.
