Mayor Leonard Desiderio invites Sea Isle City residents and property owners to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, Dec. 4, to outline the city’s plans for a Community Center on the site of the former public school at 4501 Park Road.

The Town Hall Meeting will begin at 10 a.m. inside the Community Lodge, 300 JFK Boulevard (adjacent to the Welcome Center).

During the Town Hall Meeting, blueprints will be on display, city officials will outline the many uses planned for the facility, and members of the public will be able to ask questions about the overall project.

There will also be a presentation by Leon Costello, Sea Isle City’s auditor, of Ford-Scott & Associates Certified Public Accountants, who will explain how the cost to construct the Community Center will impact property taxes.

Those who are unable to attend the Town Hall Meeting in person can view the event online via “Facebook Live” on the city’s Facebook page, which can be accessed by clicking the Facebook link on the home page of www.seaislecitynj.us.

Viewers do not need a personal Facebook account to view the meeting on Facebook Live.
