Congressman Frank LoBiondo, center, joined veterans J.R. Robinson and Chester DeFelice at the Walk for the Wounded. Robinson, 70, who was a Marine in Vietnam, has a summer home in Ocean City and lives in Chadds Ford, Pa. DeFelice, 93, of Ocean City, served with the Army in World War II.
