Technology is everything these days in the world of real estate. First showings happen as virtual tours and photos online.  Websites such as Zillow, Realtor and Redfin can provide potential buyers with an overwhelming amount of information.  But what technology can’t do is replace or replicate the relationships and personal touch of knowledge, experience and trust.  And that’s where The Fasy Group is key.  With over 75 years of real estate experience between them, the team at The Fasy Group combines old school service with a new school feel.

The team of Nick Preuhs, Susan Giordano, Sandy Franulovic, Kyle Fasy and Ian Ciseck provide the Sea Isle community with top notch service for all their real estate needs. As a team that sells more homes in Sea Isle City than anyone else, it’s easy to see why this group of professionals is at the top of their game.  But it’s not about numbers and monies—it’s about providing every individual client with the tools and knowledge to fulfill their dream.

Nick Preuhs grew up in Sea Isle City and his depth of knowledge runs deep. His stepfather was in real estate for over 35 years so Nick grew up surrounded by the business.  He got started with his own real estate career right out of high school and hasn’t looked back since.  His love for the island, the people and the community have made him a staple in real estate transactions for the past eleven years.  “Real estate is competitive.  It reminds me of my high school sports days,” said Preuhs.  He continued, “but being on a team allows us to work together to accomplish more.  We are able to utilize the individual strengths of five people to accommodate the wants and needs of all of our clients.”

Ian Ciseck works with sales and rentals on the team. “There are over 1500 rentals available—which is one of the largest inventories on the island.  We have something for everyone,” said Ciseck.  His over 10 years of experience helps when he’s trying to find the right fit for a family.  “We get to work with people every day who are planning or enjoying their vacations.  What is better than that?”

Kyle Fasy may be the youngest and newest member of the team but that doesn’t mean he is out of his depth. His uncle, Andrew Fasy, now retired from real estate, was instrumental in bringing The Fasy Group together. The Fasy Group was formed when Ray and Marianne Lombardi of NJ Realty retired.  They were the top producing sales and rentals agent (respectively) in Sea Isle City.  Andrew Fasy, who was working at NJ Realty at the time, took over their clientele and knew he would need some help so he formed The Fasy Group.  The group, now operating as a team within Long and Foster Real Estate has been able to keep that “mom and pop” approach while now having a larger regional reach with the Long and Foster name.

Under the tutelage of his uncle, Kyle is carrying on the rich tradition of Fasy real estate. The Fasy family has been involved in real estate dating back to 1914 in Philadelphia, making Kyle the fourth generation of Fasy’s to help people reach their real estate dreams.  With five years of experience, Kyle has enjoyed getting to know the people the most.  “It was an easy transition since most of my other work experiences were sales/customer service based,” said Fasy.

The family connections don’t stop there though. Sisters Sandy Franulovic and Susan Giordano bring with them almost 50 years of experience.  Their father, Claude Hennis of Cumberland Construction, was a staple in Sea Isle City construction since 1975.  “My dad would build, mom would decorate, we’d live there in the summer, sell it in the fall and do it all over again,” said Giordano. And although her resume speaks for itself, it’s the team atmosphere that really appeals to Giordano.  “I’m a team player.  I’ve always loved the comraderie that comes with sharing your experience and knowledge.”

Both Susan and Sandy reiterated the point that it’s all about people and the relationships. “You are helping them fulfill a dream,” said Franulovic. “To be a small part of people’s vacation memories and family traditions is why we do it,” stated Franulovic.

Just as Sea Isle City is seeing changes and growth so is The Fasy Group. Sea Isle is keeping itself firmly planted in tradition while understanding the need for change.  It’s focusing on families and adding more events, restaurants and activities for people to take advantage of all year long.  And The Fasy Group, seeped in tradition, is utilizing those changes to provide clients, new and old, with the best real estate experience possible.
