Extended Friday hours this week for beach tag sales

Due to the large number of people expected to visit Sea Isle City for the Presidents Day weekend, the city will extend the hours for beach tag sales.

In addition to the usual Saturday hours, beach tags for the 2026 summer season will be on sale at the Welcome Center on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Beach tags are also available at the following locations:

• Saturdays at the Welcome Center, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• The Beach Tag Vending Machine in the Lobby of City Hall, available 24/7.
• Weekdays at the Tax Office at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Online purchases using a credit card can be made at jerseycapetags.com (shipped to your home for an additional fee).

Regular seasonal beach tags are on sale now at the pre-season rate of $25 each. The pre-season rate expires on May 15. The regular seasonal beach tag rate of $30 each goes into effect afterward.
