Sea Isle City is inviting the public to participate in the annual Halloween Parade and Family Dance Party.
And you don’t have to be a ghost, ghoul, goblin or witch.
The parade and dance party will take place Friday, Oct. 17, starting at 7 p.m. on Landis Avenue.
The parade route will run along Landis Avenue from 45th to 40th streets, featuring ghoulish floats, decorated vehicles, live music and a variety of well-costumed participants.
Immediately after the parade, the Halloween Dance Party will begin at Excursion Park, JFK Boulevard and Pleasure Avenue, where families can dance the night away as a DJ plays seasonal music.

Parade Participants Wanted:
Families, groups, businesses, and individuals are invited to join the fun and appear in the Halloween Parade.
Participants can choose from several different categories: Children Walkers, Adult Walkers, Families, Clubs/Organizations and Floats or Golf Carts.
The parade will form at 6:30 p.m. at 45th Street and Landis Avenue, where recreation officials will direct participants to their positions in the lineup.
Participants are asked to register by Oct. 15. Entry forms can be found in the Sea Isle City Welcome Center at 300 JFK Boulevard, at the Recreation Office at Dealy Field, and online at www.VISITSICNJ.com (on the “Event Calendar” page).
During the parade, judges will choose the top participants. Prizes will be presented to the winners during the evening’s Halloween Family Dance Party at Excursion Park.
