Sea Isle City trash truck
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a holiday in Sea Isle City, so there will be no curbside trash and recycling collection on Monday, Jan 20.
All curbside collections will take place one day later than usual during the week of Jan. 20. For instance, Monday’s collections will take place on Tuesday and Tuesday’s collections will take place on Wednesday, etc.
Sea Isle’s Trash & Recycling Drop-off Yard, located next to the bridge at 401 JFK Boulevard, will be open on MLK Day from 7:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Most municipal offices in Sea Isle will be closed on the holiday. However, the Sea Isle City Welcome Center will be open on Jan. 20 for tourist information and turtle T-shirt sales only from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Anyone wishing to purchase beach tags on Jan. 20 can do so at the beach tag vending machine in the lobby of City Hall. The vending machine is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and accepts cash only.
