With leftover snow still on the ground from Monday’s winter storm, it might be difficult at this time to imagine spending lazy days on the beach in summer.
But looking ahead to summer, Sea Isle City’s 2025 seasonal beach tags are on sale now at the preseason rate of $25.
Following are the places where you can buy them in person or online:
Online purchases using a credit card can be made at https://www.jerseycapetags.com/ (shipped to your home, for an additional fee).
Weekdays at the Tax Office at City Hall, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The beach tag vending machine in the lobby of City Hall, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Saturdays at the Welcome Center, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Digital beach tags are available via the “My Beach Mobile” app using a debit or credit card (a fee will apply). Weekly or daily tags are completely digital (using your smart phone). Seasonal Tags can be digital or, if you prefer a physical tag, you can purchase them through the app and pick them up in person at the Welcome Center after April 1 during business hours. Weekly and seasonal tags are transferable but can only be accessed on one device at a time. You can also store multiple tags on a single device for your convenience. Seasonal beach tags are good for the entire 2025 summer season and will be available at the preseason rate of $25 until May 15. Starting May 15, they will be sold at the normal seasonal rate of $30.
A limited number of 2025 “Autumn” and “Holiday” beach tags are also still available while supplies last. Just like regular seasonal beach tags, Autumn and Holiday tags serve as beach passes for the entire 2025 summer season.
