Tiger Bech was among 15 people killed in the New Year's Eve terror attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Ryan Quigley, Bech's best friend and a Philly-area native, was among 57 injured in the same attack.

Earlier this week, the Philadelphia Eagles gifted two Super Bowl LIX tickets to Quigley. Nothing can bring Bech back, but the Eagles hope to help Quigley navigate the healing process with a return to New Orleans for the big game.

"All year, after every win . . . I told [Bech], 'If we win, I promise I'm gonna take you to the Super Bowl,'" says Quigley to Brandon Graham in a video posted to X by the Eagles. "So I'd love nothing more than to still take him."

"I know he said in his mind he didn't want to go back to New Orleans because of what happened," Graham said. "And I know for me, I wanted to change that for him to conquer his fears."

The Eagles previously brought Tiger Bech's sister, Ginnie Bech, and Quigley to the team's playoff win over the Rams at Lincoln Financial Field, where the two met several players.

"We get to rewrite this so soon, from such a negative horrible memory to such a really beautiful and cool memory," says a visibly emotional Ginnie in the Eagles' video. "What you guys have done for us, it really means so much."

The Eagles will play the Chiefs in the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 9.
