The Sea Isle City Garden Club is a longstanding organization that is about to begin its 2024-2025 meeting season – and new members are welcome to join.
Garden Club meetings often include noteworthy guest speakers who share information on a variety of topics. Garden Club members also enjoy occasional day trips to popular destinations. They also host an annual “Flower Sale” fundraiser, which benefits their yearly scholarship program and local charities.
“We have a diverse group of members made up of people of varying ages, and we have wonderful speakers at our meetings, who share a great deal of interesting information with us,” said Garden Club Chairperson Marie Tighe. “We are always open to new members joining us, because we love meeting people and expanding our club.”
The Garden Club holds meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month (October through December and March through June) inside Sea Isle’s Community Lodge at 300 JFK Boulevard, adjacent to the Welcome Center.
