Shoppers check out the array of vendors lining the Promenade during the 2023 Fall Family Festival.
The Division of Tourism will host Sea Isle City’s 2024 Fall Family Festival Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14 and 15.
On Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., festivalgoers will enjoy a huge Seaside Vendors Market along the Promenade (north and south of JFK Boulevard).
It will feature a wide assortment of merchandise, including artwork, toys, specialty food items, fashion apparel and much more. Meanwhile, the festival’s Food Court on JFK Boulevard will satisfy everyone’s hunger with an array of tempting lunch and snack options.
There will also be a variety of free, kid-friendly activities offered on Saturday at Excursion Park. Children can frolic on giant inflatables from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In addition, families will enjoy live music, spin art, face painters, an art bar, a photo booth and other free attractions from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The food court is a popular attraction.Fall Family Festival will continue on Sunday with the annual Gerard A. Desiderio Antique Auto Show from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. along the Promenade (north of JFK Boulevard).
Scores of classic vehicles will be on display. There will also be a live performance by The Snake Brothers Band on the Promenade from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Mayor Leonard Desiderio will honor the winners of the Antique Auto Show at 1 p.m. during an awards ceremony on the Promenade at JFK Boulevard.
Then, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the classic cars and trucks will end the two-day festival with an Antique Auto Parade. It will begin at 44th Street and Pleasure Avenue, continue south on Pleasure Avenue to 93rd Street, and then return north on Landis Avenue from 93rd Street to JFK Boulevard.
Also on Sunday, the Sea Isle City Environmental Commission will distribute the 2024 Beautification Awards to local property owners at 12 noon on the Promenade at JFK Boulevard.
