The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Advisory in effect for Sea Isle City and nearby coastal areas from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 1 a.m. Wednesday.
A higher-than-normal tide from a new moon is expected to cause minor flooding conditions on Tuesday evening.
Another round of minor coastal flooding will be possible Wednesday evening.
Residents should be prepared to move vehicles to safe places well in advance of high tide.
For your safety and the protection of your vehicle and neighboring properties, never attempt to drive through flood waters, and do not drive around barricades.
For Police and Fire Department emergencies, call 911. For non-emergencies, call 609-263-4311.
