The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Advisory for Sea Isle City in effect from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
Minor tidal flooding is expected Sunday. Some more minor tidal flooding may occur with Monday morning’s high tide, according to the advisory.
Up to a half-foot of flooding is expected in low-lying areas and could cause partial or full road closures.
“If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property,” the Sea Isle Police Department said in a traffic alert.
