The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Advisory for Sea Isle City for Wednesday night’s high tide at 11:30 p.m.
The advisory calls for minor tidal flooding. However, heavy rains coinciding with the high tide could increase the level of flooding.
For that reason, if you are in a low-lying area of town, you may want to move your vehicles to higher ground, such as the Sea Isle Library parking lot at 48th Street and Central Avenue.
Do not drive through flood water, as the tidal salt water will damage your car and the wake your vehicle creates may damage nearby properties.
