A coastal storm will be moving into the region on Sunday and will continue into Monday morning.
The National Weather Service has issued a Gale Warning and Flood Watch for strong gusty winds, minor tidal flooding and rain, which will be heavy at times.
The main high tide of concern will be late Sunday evening around midnight. The high tide coupled with heavy rain may cause additional flooding throughout town, according to a weather alert from the Sea Isle City Office of Emergency Management.
Vehicles that are parked in low-lying areas should be moved to higher ground, such as the Sea Isle City Library Parking Lot at 48th Street and Central Avenue.
Do not drive through floodwaters, and be sure to secure outdoor holiday decorations.
