Mayor Leonard Desiderio will host Sea Isle City’s annual Memorial Day ceremony at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 30, at Veterans Park, JFK Boulevard and Landis Avenue.
The ceremony will include the placement of wreaths around the park’s Memorial Fountain, patriotic hymns, and words of thanks for the men and women of the U.S. military who lost their lives for this nation.
After the ceremony, Boy Scout Troop 76 will lead a procession to the JFK Boulevard beach, where members of the Sea Isle Beach Patrol will place flowers in the ocean in honor of those who died at sea.
