A weekend storm is expected to produce freezing rain and icy roadways at the shore Saturday afternoon through Saturday night, according to the National Weather Service.
Sea Isle City remains under a Winter Weather Advisory from 8 a.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. Sunday.
The forecast calls for freezing rain and ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch.
“Difficult travel conditions are possible due to icy roadways, especially Saturday afternoon through Saturday night,” according to a weather alert from the Sea Isle Police Department.
