Those at high risk are older adults, and medically fragile individuals with underlying medical conditions.
Cape May County residents should take these precautions to stop the spread of germs and prevent respiratory illnesses:
- Wash hands with liquid soap and water and rub for at least 20 seconds.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing
- Refrain from touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Wear a cloth facemask over your nose and mouth.
