Sea Isle City police are giving residents and property owners ease of mind with two programs.
Sea Isle City police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian seriously injured over Labor Day weekend.
The hit-and-run occurred sometime between 2:45 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of 78th Street and Landis Avenue. Police did not release the identity of the victim or disclose the extent of the injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or may have information about the identity of the driver, is urged to contact the Sea Isle City Detective Bureau at (609) 263-4311.
Police are also asking that any homeowners who may have security footage facing Landis Avenue in the areas between 70th Street and 85th Street to contact the detective bureau.
Callers may also submit anonymous tips to the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department Tip Line at 847411 (TIP411) from their cellphone.
