Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Fox & Roach Realtors recently held an alumni reunion lunch for all the graduates of their Leadership Academy to celebrate their accomplishments and talk about the future of the company. Among them was Carol Hopely Russo, who heads the BHHS Fox & Roach office in Sea Isle City.
Joining Joan Docktor, BHHS Fox & Roach president, at The Chart House on Penn’s Landing were 75 Leadership Academy graduates dating back from the 2007 class. The guest speaker was professional actor, writer, director, and entertainer Sharon Geller, who spoke about better communication with improvisation.
“This program has proved to be quite a success, with several graduates becoming our newest office managers,” said Docktor. “It was wonderful to have so many graduates together to discuss the future of our company.”
The goal of the program is to develop future leaders of the company. Participants gain knowledge and develop new skills and experiences that help them grow personally and professionally, with the added goal for many to hone their leadership skills.
The Academy is an eight-session course that covers topics including vision and culture, coaching, retention, and communication and personality styles. Participants are chosen for this prestigious program by the company’s senior leadership.
