The public is invited to Sea Isle City’s annual Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, at Veterans Park, JFK Boulevard and Landis Avenue.
The rain location for the event is inside the gymnasium at the former Sea Isle public school at 4501 Park Road.
During the ceremony, Mayor Leonard Desiderio and other dignitaries will honor America’s veterans and thank them for their service.
There will also be wreaths placed at the base of the park’s Memorial Fountain, the singing of patriotic songs and a presentation by representatives of South Jersey Quilts of Valor, who will wrap four local veterans in handmade quilts.
