The Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization is opening its Farmers Market for the 2019 summer season on Tuesday, June 18.Weather permitting, the Farmers Market will be open every Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Aug. 27 at Excursion Park, located at JFK Boulevard and the Promenade. It is open to the public. “Residents and visitors have been enjoying the Farmers Market for more than a decade,” said Chris Glancey, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization. “Each summer, we are excited to bring back our popular vendors, and it’s always great when we can add some new ones, too. This summer is no exception, and we are really looking forward to Tuesday mornings at the Farmers Market.” Fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, homemade sauces and jams, handcrafted gifts and home décor are among the items sold at the market.
Among the new vendors this year are RSK Donuts, Red Room Café and Daycare Crayons. Returning vendors include Crespella Gourmet Crepes, Philly Bill’s Dills, Al’s Produce and Ry-Bandz, to name a few. With more than 30 vendors to browse from, the market allows residents and visitors to shop in the morning and early afternoon before hitting the beach.
