The main threat will be damaging winds and heavy rainfall, which could lead to flooding in areas with poor drainage.Storms could cause power outages and downed trees, according to the forecast. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.Dense fog blanketed parts of the shore through Sunday afternoon.
