On Thursday, a local family lost everything in a fire that affected three duplexes in Sea Isle City.This tragedy touches the members of both the Silva Group and Ferzoco Group real estate agents. As both groups are personal friends of the victims and nearby members of this tight-knit Jersey Shore community, this family’s loss is an event that is both literally and figuratively close to home for each group.
