Yoga Instructor Teri O’Connor, of NJ Beach Yoga, will offer a free Full Moon Yoga Class on Monday, August 7, at 7:30 p.m. on the JFK Boulevard Beach. Participants will enjoy Moon Salutations as the moon rises over the ocean – and a Full Moon Meditation at the end of class. This event is open to all ages and skill levels.
Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat or beach towel! In the event of bad weather, this class will be cancelled.
