Mayor Desiderio and his family will host Sea Isle City’s annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 17, beginning at 3:30 p.m. along Landis Avenue from 83rd Street to 63rd Street. The parade will feature live pipe-and-drum music, Sea Isle’s 2018 “Irish Royal Family,” and many other Irish revelers.
Prior to the start of the parade, Mayor Desiderio will host a “Best Dressed” competition at 2:00 p.m. on March 17 inside Kix-McNutley’s on 63rd Street, which will be open to all residents and visitors. Prizes will be awarded to the contest’s winners in two categories: “Best Dressed Irish Individual” and “Best Dressed Irish Group.” Each contestant in the Best Dressed competition will be invited to walk in this year’s Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.
