Sea Isle City is heating-up on the eve of its busiest holiday of the season. Vacationers have countless options around town to do things with their family and friends.  The city offers  some of the best seafood in the country, family friendly entertainment, and a nightlife second to none.

The Freese Family enjoys their dinner together while having an amazing time at Mike’s Sea Food

One of the most popular seafood restaurants in town is Mike’s Seafood. The restaurant does not take reservations, but that isn’t really so bad. While waiting for one of the 50 tables in their dock side restaurant Mike’s Seafood builds a sort of friendship between customers waiting in line. Guests waiting in line have a chance talk to family and friends, get to know the people around them, and sometimes become such close friends while grabbing a table that they will end up sitting together!

The line at Mike’s Seafood is always a great place to meet new friends, have a drink, and get some awesome food!

If you would like to sit indoors and prefer something slightly different, The Lobster Loft is a full restaurant and bar where diners can look out on the bay. At the Lobster loft, patrons can order a drink from one of their full bars or become friendly with their amazing staff. The owner and operator can even be seen having dinner with his friends and family from time to time when he isn’t working his hardest to make his businesses the best they can be. The food is amazing and everyone who dines at The Lobster Loft ends up coming back, wanting more.

Owner and Operator of The Lobster Loft, Jimmy Bennett, enjoys a dinner with his family and friends before getting prepared for the holiday rush.

If having dinner with the family isn’t the kids idea of a good time, the town has plenty to offer for after dinner fun. Pirate Island Miniature Golf has been the towns best mini golf course for decades and continues to provide fun for any age. Aside from mini golf, the promenade has lots to offer for families to enjoy. Boardwalk Casino Arcade is a family run business that has been around for over 40 years. Children and adults alike will find something they love to play. Down the Clown is one of the favorites for all ages. You do just as the name implies and throw little rubber balls at taunting clowns in an attempt to outscore your friends or impress a girl. You will even earn some tickets while doing it, so if your score didn’t win them over, the prizes might.

Boardwalk Casino Arcade is always a great way to spend a night on the promenade, no matter how old you are!

After all is finished, Yum Yums Ice Cream is the town’s go to ice cream parlor. With a classic feel and a great taste, its easy to see why this little shop has a line out to the street on most nights. People can choose from plenty of flavor options and add dozens of toppings to create the wackiest tasty combinations you can think of. Sea Isle City sure has a lot going on and with so many people in town over the summer, the friendships made on the boardwalk, at the bars, or waiting in line for dinner can last forever.

The line at Yum Yum’s Ice Cream Parlor is always out the door, and for good reason!
