The next City Council meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 25, at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers, located on the third floor of City Hall. During that meeting, Council will have second reading of Ordinance 1610, which was written to adopt the Sea Isle City Floodplain Management Plan, developed in 2017.

Since the summer season is now in full swing, City Council reminds everyone to be safety-conscious, because public safety is a major focus for Council and the City’s Administration. The members of Sea Isle’s Police Department are doing their part to remind residents and visitors to follow all rules and regulations – and to put safety first. With that in mind, we should all be heedful of laws that are in place for everyone’s well being – especially rules regarding vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian safety. Also, dog owners are reminded that dogs must be kept on leashes that are no longer than 6-feet long, and that dogs should be curbed at all times (which means dogs must be kept on the curb-side of sidewalks, as they are not permitted on front yards or other private property).

We hope to see you at the July 25th City Council meeting!

 Best regards,

 Council President Mary Tighe (mtighe@seaislecitynj.us)
