The members of the Sea Isle City Women’s Civic Club raised thousands of dollars for charity during their annual “Card Party” fundraiser in September. Then, in December, they distributed those funds during their Holiday Luncheon at the Cape May Technical High School’s American Bounty Café, where Club President Debra Genovese presented checks for $1000 each to three organizations: Holy Redeemer Food Bank in Swainton, Saint Casmir Food Bank in Woodbine, and The Branches in Rio Grande.

“This year’s Card Party was our most successful to date, and we are extremely pleased to be able to donate to these worthy organizations and to help the most needy individuals in the County,” said Mrs. Genovese. “Food banks and organizations such as The Branches, which assist the homeless, are doing important work and we are very happy to support them with these donations.”
