NJ Beach Yoga will offer a free Full Moon Yoga Class on Sunday, August 26, at 7:30 p.m. on the 29th Street Beach. All ages and levels are welcome to attend this class, which will include Moon Salutations as the moon rises over the ocean and will conclude with a Full Moon Meditation.
