Mayor Len Desiderio’s 24th Annual Holiday Toy and Food Drive is currently underway.  Donations of unwrapped toys, non-perishable food items and gift cards are now being accepted at several locations around Sea Isle City, including City Hall (233 JFK Boulevard), City Burger Restaurant (4201 Landis Avenue), First Bank of Sea Isle City (4301 Landis Avenue), Kix-McNutley’s (63rd Street & Landis Avenue), Mrs. Brizzle’s Buns & Deli (4601 Landis Avenue), Rick’s Breakfast House (6114 Landis Avenue) and the Sea Isle City Welcome Center (300 JFK Boulevard).

All items collected during the Toy & Food Drive will be delivered to local families in need prior to Christmas Day.

CAPE MAY COUNTY POLICE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION WILL HOST A “HOLIDAY DASH” ON DECEMBER 9 IN SUPPORT OF THE MAYOR’S TOY & FOOD DRIVE 

To show their support for the Mayor’s Holiday Toy & Food Drive, the Cape May County Police Chiefs Association will host a Holiday Dash 1-Mile Run/Walk on Friday, December 9, at 7:00 p.m. at Kix-McNutley’s on 63rd Street.  Walkers and runners participating in the Dash are asked to bring donations for the Toy & Food Drive, which they can personally hand to Santa Claus during the event. Participants are also encouraged to wear their favorite holiday attire.  A prize will go the most festively dressed person in attendance.
