During their annual Holiday Luncheon on Dec. 13, the members of AARP Chapter 710, of Sea Isle City, honored their 2018 Volunteer of the Year, Joyce Molter.

Molter has been an active member of Chapter 710 for five years and she currently serves as the group’s membership chairperson.

“Joyce is an excellent membership chairperson,” said Chapter 710 President Frank Roach. “She is proactive, and she is always there for our members. Joyce is absolutely dedicated to ensuring that Chapter 710 is a success.”

Originally from Feasterville, Pa., Molter is also a member of the Sea Isle City Women’s Civic Club and she volunteers at the Sea Isle City Historical Museum.

She and her husband of 48 years, Joe Molter, lived in Gloucester Township, N.J., before retiring in Sea Isle. They have a son and daughter and six grandchildren.
